Reach us

The simplest way to get a plumber

Call (310) 424-7510. A person answers, at any hour, on any day. We do not run contact forms, ticket queues or chat bots, because a plumbing problem is easier to solve in a two-minute conversation than in a back-and-forth of messages.

If you would like to write to us for something that is not urgent, such as a billing question or a quote follow-up, the email address and our street address are in the box further down this page. For anything involving water on the floor, phone is faster.

What to have ready when you call

A few details speed everything up. None of them are required, and you can fill in gaps as we talk.

Where you are

Give the street address and cross street or landmark. Mention whether it is a house, condo, apartment or business, and whether the shutoff is shared with neighbors.

What you see and hear

Say where the water is, whether it is clear or dirty, and whether it is still running. For drains, say which fixtures are slow and which are fine. For a water heater, say whether it is gas or electric.

What you have tried

Tell us if you closed the main, reset a breaker, used a plunger or poured anything down the drain. It stops us repeating steps and helps us avoid advising something unsafe.

If water is flowing right now

Do not wait to call before acting. The first minute matters more than the phone call, and the steps below stop damage while you reach us.

If you smell gas, skip all of this. Leave on foot, call SoCalGas at 1-800-427-2200 from a safe distance, or 911 if life or property could be in danger. Do not touch switches or use a phone inside.

Before you dial

  1. Close the main water valve, usually near the meter or where the line enters the house.
  2. Turn off power to wet rooms at the breaker if water is near outlets or appliances.
  3. Open the lowest faucet to drain pressure from the lines.
  4. Move rugs, electronics and valuables away from the water.

Emergency call or routine appointment

The same number serves both. What changes is how we schedule.

Type of callExamplesHow we handle it
EmergencyBurst pipe, sewage backup, leaking tank, no water at allDispatch assigns a licensed plumber as soon as possible and keeps you informed.
Same-day when availableClogged sink, toilet that keeps running, no hot waterWe book a same-day appointment when available, or the next open slot.
Planned workRepiping, water heater installation, fixture upgradesWe schedule a visit that suits you and explain the price first.

Calling about a rental, condo or business

Landlords, tenants and property managers call us often, and a little prep avoids confusion. Tell the dispatcher who is authorizing the work. A tenant can report the problem, but the person who approves the price may be the owner or the management company.

In multifamily buildings, say whether the line serves several units. A clog in a shared stack in a building near Manhattan Village or Sepulveda Blvd can back up into a ground-floor unit, so the plumber may need access to a cleanout or the roof vent.

For shops and offices, mention opening hours. We can often plan the visit around staff and customers.

Where we work

Our office is on Sepulveda Blvd in Manhattan Beach, ZIP 90266, and crews work throughout the city. We also serve Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo and Lawndale, covering ZIPs 90254, 90278, 90277, 90245, 90260 and 90261.

If your address is in a nearby city such as Torrance, Gardena, Carson, Hawthorne or Lomita, call and ask. We do not have pages for those towns, but dispatch can tell you whether we can help.

A note on recordings and privacy

We keep contact simple. The details you give on the phone are used to arrange and carry out your job. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You can read the full picture on our privacy page and the working terms on our terms page.

FAQs

Before you call

No. Everything runs through the phone line, which is staffed 24/7, because a short conversation answers most questions right away.

You get a clear price before work starts. Exact numbers need the plumber to see the problem, but the dispatcher can explain what drives the cost.

The line is staffed around the clock. If a call ever does not connect, try again right away, and if water is flowing, shut the main valve first.
